Ian Bennett – Non-Executive Director

Ian is a Partner at PwC where he leads PwC’s Deals Modelling business, a team of over 30 financial modelling professionals nationwide, and is a recognised global expert in financial modelling. Ian’s client portfolio includes renewable energy, real estate, infrastructure, health and a number of iconic Australian NFPs. He arrived in Australia in 2010 after 11 years with PwC in the UK. Ian has been a leader of PwC’s Social Impact contribution, and is also a passionate advocate for diversity, inclusion and wellbeing, and is a registered mental health first aider, and has had a number of diversity roles at PwC including a long-standing member of the Executive Committee of Shine@PwC, PwC’s LGBTI Employee network.

Ian has a strong interest in the arts, including participation and acting as sponsor for the PwC Sydney Choir and Barangaroo Precinct Choir. While in the UK Ian was on the board and Treasurer of Barnes and Richmond Operatic Society (BROS TC), as well as obtaining credits in directing, assistant directing, script writing, acting and stage management from his 10 years with the annual PwC UK pantomime in London’s West End.
