An exciting opportunity to join the Sydney Philharmonia Choirs as Executive Director.
Reporting to the Board, the Executive Director is responsible for the operation and administration of the Company and the achievement of the Company’s mission and strategies. This includes the maintenance of a collaborative and goal-oriented staff culture, as well as the management of staff and volunteers (including choristers), planning and co-ordination of operational, administrative and music activities, production of budgets, submissions to funding bodies, supervision and monitoring of budgets, forecasts and accounts, financial statement preparation, maintenance, and development of marketing, promotional, advertising and sponsorship plans and activities.

We are seeking to recruit a part-time Philanthropy Manager from the arts or the NFP sector with at least three years of experience in philanthropy or fundraising; someone who is motivated and passionate about their career in this sector.
