Office & Box Office Administrator

We are seeking to recruit a full-time Office & Box Office Administrator to support our busy office.

It is a multi-faceted role, vital in the smooth day-to-day running of the office and also engaging with customer service and booking tickets, and working with our  key venues, especially the Sydney Opera House. Experience using Tessitura will be very highly regarded, though not necessary as Tessitura training will be provided.

  • 38 hours per week: Monday–Friday 9am–5pm. Some flexibility evenings / weekends.

Philanthropy Manager

Are you looking for a new challenge working for an established and dynamic arts company? We are seeking to recruit a part-time Philanthropy Manager from the arts or the NFP sector with at least three years of experience in philanthropy or fundraising; someone who is motivated and passionate about their career in this sector.

Work in a small friendly team in one of Sydney’s most beautiful workplaces.
